Theresa has been providing Schromen Law with contract paralegal services since 2019, and assists the attorneys at Schromen Law in drafting documents. Theresa has managed and built her business since 2018, and since that time has aided several women-owned law firms in the Twin Cities with their paralegal needs.

Prior to working as a paralegal, Theresa spent years working with nonprofits, small businesses and was a stay at home parent for several years when her children were young. As a mother of a teen and a preteen she knows that an important part of parenthood is having a solid estate plan. When she is not working, Theresa enjoys biking, traveling and reading a good book.
