In this experiential workshop, we will talk about different types of challenging transitions that push us to grow as we learn to let go.

Being human, we are all exposed to many types of difficult situations and traumas. These types of experiences ultimately bring in brand new perceptions and growth. However, it’s a process in getting there. With Maureen Higgins of Wings of Freedom and Michelle Klisanich of Birch Cove, we will talk about different types of transitions — loss due to death or loss of a dream due to a child or loved one struggling with mental and physical health or addiction — and other types of situations that challenge us to grow. We will go through an experiential process to let go of and reframe these experiences so we feel more accepting and peaceful.
