As Executive Assistant to Rachel Schromen, Alex plays an integral role in supporting both Rachel’s clients and the day-to-day operations of Schromen Law. From managing Rachel’s schedule and coordinating speaking engagements to keeping projects moving and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience, Alex helps create the structure that allows Rachel to focus on serving families, growing the firm, and advancing its mission.
Before joining Schromen Law, Alex built her career as a corporate trainer and leader in the business outsourcing industry. That experience sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, manage complex workflows, and create systems that allow others to do their best work. She believes the smallest details often make the biggest difference and takes pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Working closely alongside Rachel, Alex serves as a trusted partner behind the scenes – coordinating client communications, overseeing logistics, managing Rachel’s business initiatives and speaking engagements, and bringing organization and consistency to the many moving pieces that come with leading a growing law firm. Her thoughtful, proactive approach helps create a seamless experience for both clients and the Schromen Law team.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys traveling, playing guitar, listening to music, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with a great movie.
